Power From The Past is the ultimate Australian historic motor racing event for the whole family with an impressive array of historic cars on display and racing over the two-day event.
With original and replica vehicles from the ‘50s, ‘60s, ‘70s and ‘80s including the much-loved ‘big bangers’ as they are affectionately known, Power From The Past will provide an historic motor racing spectacular like no other in Tasmania.
A host of ‘Power Legends’ will be on-track over the two days, including: John Harvey, Murray Carter, Fred & Christine Gibson, Brique Reed, Greg Crick, Tony Edmonson and our Event Patron Kevin Bartlett. Autographs and poster signings will be available to keen spectators.
From the mighty muscle of the Falcons and Commodores to the more agile Escorts, Triumphs and Toranas, Power From The Past will be a visual feast for anyone interested in historic motor racing.
In addition to the car displays and races, there will be off-track activities for the kids.
